What a great start to the day! It was only yesterday that BE3Designs launched The Best Things in Life are 3 campaign and naturally, Facebook advertising came up in conversation. One of the first tweets @BE3Designs read this morning was from @nickla only a mere hour ago. (Considering we completed and launched everything we wanted to AND wrote this post is a testament to how easy and quick Pinpoint Social is to use!)
Pinpointsocial.com allows you to sign up to their website (there is a free starter plan or monthly payment options) and create a custom Facebook promotion within your Facebook Page.
On top of the free starter account, Pinpoint Social also offers 3 paid account versions to choose from, based on your needs or requirements.
The Starter Plan is free (and is what BE3Designs used today) and allows you to try the full featured app with some of the professional bells and whistles and get your first 50 entries FREE. (I’m not entirely sure if the “some” of the professional bells and whistles are due to the service being new and not everything is quite ready yet, or if the free version still has its limitations.)
The Professional Plan gives you 1 campaign per month with unlimited entries, Facebook integration, and mandatory page like options for $100/mo.
The Custom Design Plan gives you 4 campaigns per month with unlimited entries, Facebook integration, mandatory page like options, and Facebook/Web custom designs for $250/mo.
The Franchise Plan gives you unlimited campaigns with unlimited entries, Facebook integration, mandatory page like options, Facebook/Web custom designs, and location management for $500/mo.
Pinpoint Social will also allow companies to add it as an in-house service with white-label and rebranding options.
In the process of my campaign set-up I ran into a snag in which I had to ask a quick question, with a “Live Support Chat Now” link at the bottom of page, a nice little chat window popped up and I was talking to @HeatherPayne live.
What was the snag you ask? Well, it didn’t turn out to be a snag at all. The button to download your very own custom QR code wasn’t quite ready yet but Heather pointed out that I could right-click and save the image for use. She also went above and beyond when she threw in the tip heading on over to qricketcode.com if I wanted a hi-res version w/ analytics options!
What is ultimately fantastic about this is that (for now) I am a non-paying user, but Pinpoint Social will love me anyway – and continue to offer me fantastic support that some other companies reserve solely for their big-pocket customers.
The first thing I did was visit www.pinpointsocial.com, then I began following @PinpointSocial on Twitter, and what is using a Facebook App without actually liking it on Facebook too?
Like I said, within an hour I had heard about Pinpoint Social, caught up on their services and features, signed up for an account, created my very first free campaign, aggregated with my desired Facebook Page, “flipped a switch” – made it live, AND wrote this blog entry! Pinpoint Social offers FAQ/Support to help you if you get stuck – and if you can’t find it or REALLY want to talk to a real person, they’re great for that too!
