Does BE3Designs offer outsourced/contracted website services?

Yes! As a freelance web designer AND developer, I can provide other designers, developers, and companies/firms/agencies a reduced contracted rate for website services. How much do your services cost?

BE3Designs offers a variety of services in an effort to give you just what you need. Check out Website Packages to review their details and use those as a price point, depending on what you need. If you require a quote that is more tailored to your unique project, fill out the Website Evaluation Form to request a quote, and you will be given a client login to review your custom proposal.

How long do your services take?

Each project is different. Splash Pages, Micro-sites, and templates may take less time, depending on the work involved, and get up and running faster than a full website being created from scratch. A typical “start-to-finish” website project can take anywhere from 10-12 business days to a month or more depending on factors such as client feedback, revisions & review timelines, programming requirements, and payments processed. Your proposal will feature timelines and deliverables and we can work with you given your budget and deadlines, and ours.

How will I be invoiced?

After your request for proposal has been received, you will receive a client username/password combination for the Client Area that will enable you to log in and view, print, and check the status of your invoices & payments received.

All projects will be subject to an initial invoice of 25% of the total project cost and that must be paid before any work commences. From there, depending on the project, you may receive another invoice or two, with partial or remaining balances owing. BE3Designs does not currently charge GST.

Example: for a full website project, you would be invoiced an initial 25% of costs which must be paid immediately. After the design phase and when an initial test site has been supplied to you, you would then be invoiced another 50% of project costs with the final 25% due within 30 days of the final test site being supplied.

What are my payment options?

BE3Designs prefers to accept online payments via Email Money Transfers through your bank or via Interac.ca as there are minimal to no surcharges for both parties involved, however, we do have a PayPal account set-up if need be. Certified, bank-issued cheques may also be used to pay, however, their delay in either postage or account approval may influence previously estimated timeline deliverables, if payment is required before moving forward with the project.

Does your distance impact your work?

It isn’t uncommon for designers and developers from all over the world to work on websites outside their time zones or zip codes. BE3Designs currently has clients in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario and is committed to impeccable organization, communication and client relationships.
